Our Shipping Process

How we process your product for shipping?

Ø       Send us an e-mail according to your needs. It must include this information: product number, and Quantity you want. Your CONTACT details also needed (Name, Address, zip code, city, country, email + telephone no).

Ø       We will confirm your e-mail with in six working days (Sunday- Friday) and we will request the total amount to be transferred to us. 

Ø       You can send us money via Western Union (very fast) or via Bank (Wire Transfer).

Ø       After receiving the full payment, our shipping companies will delivery the package according to your providing address.

Ø       As soon as we will ship the product, we will provide you the shipping code after three days late to track your product.

Ø       The package will be received within 7days in normal condition. It depends where you are located.

Ø       We would appreciate if you give feedback after you have received the package.

Shipping policies

This policies are made from our shipping company.

¨       Once we receive your full payment, your products will be delivered within 2 workdays by DHL, EMS through Thai post, or FedEx. The packages should arrive around 4 to 7 business days under normal circumstances.

¨       The tracking numbers will be provided to customers for checking up the status of their orders after 3 days.

¨       ALL orders are processed Monday-Sunday. All packages must be signed for pick up if nobody is at home your local post office or Delivery Company may hold your package for pickup with short time or they may return the package to sender. In some instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package.
